Amendments to Bylaws

In order to take action by ballot, at least a majority of NHA's 173 Active Members must submit this ballot to NHA by the deadline below in order to satisfy the quorum requirement AND at least two-thirds (2/3) of the ballots received by such deadline must be to approve the amendments to the bylaws in order for the revised bylaws to become effective.

Each ballot must be completed and submitted by no later than December 07, 2016 5:00 p.m. EST.
